While Bali is not as rich in mammal species as some other tropical locations, we do have some pretty amazing little warm-blooded critters here on the island. Other than the monkeys, most are quite elusive and seeing them requires patience and a bunch of good, animal-lover mojo. We have not seen many here at the lodge up until now, but with construction finally complete, we hope that Jiwa's good vibes and lush, peaceful environment will attract them to return to the area. Always keep your eyes open as you just never know what might be quietly hanging around without us noticing.
