Bungalows

At Jiwa, each room is its own retreat, seamlessly blending natural luxury with the untamed beauty of Bali’s tropical landscape. Built with locally-sourced materials and a focus on simple, sustainable design, every space feels warm and inviting. Guests are surrounded by nature. Windows open to forest views and rice-terraced valleys. Wake to the soothing sounds of birds and rustling fruit trees. Our bungalows offer a peaceful, immersive stay where you can slow down and reconnect. From handcrafted furniture to the scent of tropical flowers, every detail is designed to feel in harmony with the environment.

In addition to thoughtfully imagining each space,  we have an unwavering commitment to sustainability. Every aspect of our lodge is designed to honor the environment. Our bird-proof glass windows protect local wildlife.  Waste water gardens naturally filter and rejuvenate our surroundings. We prioritize chemical-free cleaning with natural laundry supplies, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap used throughout the property. In addition, we've used only farm-grown timber and local building materials in construction.

At Jiwa, sustainability isn’t just a practice—it’s our philosophy.

(Prices vary depending upon the season.)

Dry season: April to October
This is the most popular time to visit, with lower humidity, plenty of sunshine, and cooler evenings. July and August are the driest and slightly cooler months, though they also tend to be the busiest.

Rainy season: November to March
These months bring higher humidity and more frequent rainfall, often in short, intense afternoon or evening showers rather than all-day rain.
Up here in the mountains, we are lucky to enjoy less heat and humidity all year round.

*A delicious complimentary breakfast is included with all stays.
