Bali is a birder's paradise for sure. So many rare and beautiful species are common in Indonesia and Bali's mountain forests are home to some spectacular winged friends. Jiwa's ridges and valleys are bordered by clean-flowing rivers. The canopy reaches high above the forest and the property is thick with trees and flowering plants. This lush landscape is the perfect environment for birds. We see kingfishers and forktails daily and benefit from the beautiful sound of bird songs throughout the day.
