If you're looking to escape the crowds at Bali's busy southern beaches, Balian is just less than an hour from the beautiful forests of Karya Sari. From our lodge, we transport guests to the black sand shores of neighboring Pantai Mejan. Leaving Jiwa in the afternoon, you arrive at the beach with plenty of time to walk and enjoy the setting sun. The absence of hotels, tokos, and warungs makes this stretch of coastline free of crowds, often deserted, and truly enchanting. We will show you the perfect spot to have a swim and take in an epic sunset before returning to your guide. We have a few favorite spots in Balian and would be happy to add on a stop for coffee and Jamu prior to the beach and/or a dinner recommendation at one of Balian's restaurants after your sunset.
